Community Spotlight: Family Promise of Lake Houston

Wednesday: Welcome PostNet Spring

Start the week by helping us welcome PostNet Spring at a Westside Story ribbon-cutting celebration.

The event begins at 11:30 a.m. at PostNet Spring’s new location off Highway 99. Ribbon cuttings are always a wonderful way to show support for local businesses, connect with fellow members, and celebrate growth across our community.

Thursday: Build Your Business at Growth Exchange

Thursday brings one of the week’s key professional-development opportunities: Growth Exchange: Business Building Workshops - Business Solutions Lab.

This is a business building workshop designed for entrepreneurs, business owners, nonprofit leaders, managers, and emerging leaders who want to work through real challenges with other engaged professionals.

Growth Exchange is interactive by design. It creates space for collaboration, practical problem-solving, and meaningful conversations around the issues that organizations face every day. Rather than simply listening to ideas, participants get the opportunity to contribute, learn from one another, and leave with useful perspective.

Thursday Evening: Lariat Roofing and Construction Ribbon Cutting

Thursday is a full Chamber day, so do not go too far after Growth Exchange.

Join us at 4:30 p.m. as we welcome Lariat Roofing and Construction to the Chamber with a ribbon cutting at the onset of Traveling Thirsty Thursday. The gathering takes place at Highland Pines Golf Club.

This is an excellent opportunity to celebrate a new Chamber member and connect with local professionals in a relaxed setting.

Travel and Thirsty Thursday Presented by Porter Insurance

Following the Lariat Roofing and Construction ribbon cutting, stay for Traveling Thirsty Thursday, presented by Porter Insurance Agency.

Networking continues until 6:30 p.m., with light bites, drinks, and plenty of conversation. Bring a friend, bring your business cards, and come ready to make some new connections.
