Pathway to Leadership EMC is a seven-session professional leadership development experience designed to connect emerging and established leaders with the people, organizations, and infrastructure shaping East Montgomery County.

Whether you're a business professional, entrepreneur, nonprofit leader, educator, or community advocate, Pathway to Leadership EMC will build meaningful relationships, sharpen your leadership abilities, and deepen your connection to the community you serve.

Through exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences, conversations with community leaders, and immersive learning opportunities, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues, opportunities, and partnerships driving one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas. Throughout the program, participants also engage in professional leadership development designed to strengthen their effectiveness as leaders within their organizations and the community. The curriculum focuses on developing greater self-awareness, stronger communication, intentional leadership, and the skills needed to build trust, influence others, and lead with confidence in an ever-changing workplace.

Drawing from decades of leadership experience and certifications in Whole Brain® Thinking (HBDI), Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI), and Maxwell Leadership, Kimberly delivers highly interactive experiences that blend research, practical application, and authentic human connection.

Her work centers on leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, strategic change, trust, communication, and team optimization.
