Pathway to Leadership EMC is a seven-session professional leadership development experience designed to connect emerging and established leaders with the people, organizations, and infrastructure shaping East Montgomery County.

Through exclusive behind-the-scenes experiences, conversations with community leaders, and immersive learning opportunities, participants gain a deeper understanding of the issues, opportunities, and partnerships driving one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas. Throughout the program, participants also engage in professional leadership development designed to strengthen their effectiveness as leaders within their organizations and the community. The curriculum focuses on developing greater self-awareness, stronger communication, intentional leadership, and the skills needed to build trust, influence others, and lead with confidence in an ever-changing workplace.
