EXPO 2026 Fills The Atrium Center with Business, Connections and High Energy

From the moment the doors opened, EXPO 2026 felt like more than a room full of booths.
The Atrium Center was packed with businesses, conversations, music, giveaways and plenty of energy as the Greater EMC Chamber brought together members and guests for its annual business showcase. With 36 booth spaces filled by a mix of returning exhibitors and businesses participating for the first time, there was something new to discover throughout the room.
But the real story of EXPO was the people.
The atmosphere was friendly and easygoing, with exhibitors welcoming guests into their spaces, attendees introducing themselves to businesses they may not have known, and conversations continuing throughout the afternoon. It was exactly what a business showcase should create: a reason to explore, meet someone new and discover more of the business community around us.

A Reason to Visit Every Booth
Booth Visit Bingo added a little friendly competition while making sure every exhibitor had an opportunity to connect with attendees.
Guests were challenged to visit all 36 booth spaces and collect a stamp at each one to black out their Bingo card. Completed cards became entries into drawings for six Greater EMC Chamber memberships with a combined value of $4,200.

The giveaways included one Platinum Membership valued at $1,500, two Gold Memberships valued at $750 each and three Silver Memberships valued at $400 each.
The prizes provided plenty of incentive, but the bigger purpose was what happened along the way. Completing a card meant meeting the businesses behind every booth and creating opportunities for conversations that could continue well beyond EXPO.
When EXPO Shifted into Sip & Stroll
At 4 p.m., the atmosphere shifted as Sip & Stroll Networking began and the cash bar opened.
Bar services provided by The Hometown Chef Catering Co. became a popular stop as guests grabbed a drink and continued making their way through the showcase. The combination of music, conversation and a more relaxed networking atmosphere gave the final portion of EXPO a personality of its own while keeping the energy going until the end of the event.

Made Possible Through Sponsorship
EXPO 2026 was supported by businesses and organizations whose sponsorship investment helped make the experience possible.
Presenting Sponsors were HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood, Insperity, Hallmark Mitigation & Construction, and Community Resource Credit Union.
Supporting Sponsors were SHSU Small Business Development Center, Community Impact, Accurate Home & Commercial Services, and New Caney Smiles Dentistry.
The Atrium Center served as Facility Sponsor and provided the setting that brought exhibitors and attendees together under one roof.

Thank you as well to every exhibitor who invested the time and creativity to create an engaging booth experience, and to everyone who walked through the doors ready to meet, explore and connect.
EXPO 2026 demonstrated what can happen when the business community fills a room with an openness to conversation. The booths brought people through the doors. The relationships being built throughout the room were what made the day matter.
