Support Your Neighbors in Need at the Community Assistance Center 19th Annual Duck Race

Community Assistance Center is bringing back its 19th Annual Duck Race on September 26. Thousands of ducks, amazing prizes, and one great cause make this a community event worth rallying around.

By adopting a duck, you are doing more than joining in a friendly competition. You are supporting neighbors in need right here in the community. Adopt your duck, cheer it on as it races for glory, and help make a real difference for local families.

Leading Ladies Luncheon: Tuesday the 28th

The Leading Ladies Luncheon, presented by Memorial Hermann Northeast, takes place Tuesday the 28th. This is set to be an inspiring afternoon with outstanding raffle packages, delicious food and drinks, and a speaker you will not want to miss: Meagan McCoy Jones of McCoy's Building Supply.

If you have not secured your ticket yet, now is the time. Come together with fellow community leaders for meaningful conversation, encouragement, and a great experience.

Summer Throwdown Axe Tournament: Thursday

Thursday brings the Summer Throwdown Teambuilding & Networking Event, presented by Prudential Advisors David Harris which will be held at Axe-Mania (Kingwood, TX).

For those who have secured a team, this is a great chance to build connections, enjoy some friendly competition, and spend time with fellow members in a fun setting.

Immediately after the Axe-Throwing Tournament ends at 5:30pm, join us for the Summer Throwdown After Party & Awards at Los Cucos (Kingwood, TX), presented by Houston Methodist The Woodlands Hospital. It is free to attend. Come shake off those summertime blues with great friends, good food, and even better conversation as the tournament winners are celebrated.
