Community spotlight: Hops for Hope with Community Assistance Center

This week’s community spotlight goes to Community Assistance Center, which is inviting the community to support a great cause at Hops for Hope on July 11 at Moonshine Deck Ice House.

This event brings together a little bit of everything:

• Live music
• Cold drinks
• A cornhole tournament
• Auction items
• Family-friendly fun

More importantly, the funds raised go toward helping CAC provide essential support and resources to neighbors who need it most. It is one of those opportunities to have a good time while making a real difference in the community.

Start the week with Chamber 101

The week begins on Wednesday with Chamber 101, presented by Jeanna Bumpas, Commercial Insurance Advisor.

This class is a smart move for anyone who wants a better understanding of what the Chamber offers. It is especially useful for:

• Existing members who need a refresher
• Businesses looking to make the most of Chamber opportunities

Immediately after Chamber 101, it is time for the 'Celebrating America's 250' Luncheon, presented by the San Jacinto River Authority.
